Does a mattress need to be hard in order to be good for me?

No! Hard surface is good for back problem is a myth. The mattress which offer adequate comfort and support is the right mattress for you, regardless of whether the mattress is hard or soft.

Can I have a medical mattress for back problems?

For any back problems, we suggest that you consult a doctor. A mattress can play a key role in providing the right support. While sleeping or lying down, your backbone should be kept in the appropriate manner to minimize any discomfort. All king koil mattresses ensure that this is achieved. In that sense all our mattresses are medical mattresses. It is up to you to choose one for yourself.

Can your mattress cure my back problem?

No mattress can cure a back problem unless it is cause entirely due to inadequate support while sleeping. King Koil mattresses ensure adequate support thereby ensuring that no back discomfort is caused due to lack of support.

Do I have to buy the mattress base also along with the mattress?

It is always recommended because the feeling you experience at the showroom is a combined effect of the mattress and the base used to keep the mattress. It is the effect of the complete set. If you purchase the mattress alone, you may not experience the same comfort.

Certain bases are made specially to suit the mattresses, like the suspension system of a car is specially made of that particular car. so without the particular base, the mattress may not be as comfortable.

Most warranties are applicable only if the mattresses are bought along with the bases.

Buying a mattress alone is like buying only the house and not the foundation.
